Hugo Togni

Hugo Togni is the co-founder and former general manager of Bar Pompette at 607 College St. in Toronto’s Little Italy, a cocktail bar launched in 2021 as an offshoot of the Pompette hospitality group. Multiple profiles describe him as French-born and Alsace-raised, with a background in high-end kitchens and hospitality that he brought to Toronto before helping open Bar Pompette. By 2025, he had transitioned from Bar Pompette into independent beverage consulting through Mirabelle Consulting / Mirabelle Hospitality.
