Jonathan Bauer is a co-owner and sommelier at the Pompette hospitality group in Toronto’s Little Italy, associated with Bar Pompette, Restaurant Pompette, and the later Bakery Pompette expansion. Reporting on Bar Pompette describes him as a co-owner who oversees the wine programme and operations, and notes that he was named Meilleur Sommelier de France in 2014 while working at Spring in Paris.
