Mireille Hayek

Mireille Hayek is a Lebanese self-taught chef and restaurateur who founded Em Sherif in Beirut in 2011. Named for her son, the flagship translates her family cooking into an opulent, deeply hospitable Lebanese set-menu experience. Hayek has expanded Em Sherif into more than twenty outlets across four sub-brands in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe while retaining the original restaurant's culinary identity.
