Miro Uskokovic is the Executive Pastry Chef at Gramercy Tavern in Manhattan, where he has worked since 2013 and is responsible for the restaurant’s dessert program. Born and raised on a family farm in Serbia, he later moved to the United States, attended hospitality college, trained at the Culinary Institute of America, and worked at Jean-Georges and Aldea before joining Gramercy Tavern. He was nominated for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2020.
