Napol 'Joe' Jantraget is an Thai chef and restaurateur in Bangkok known for pioneering modern, progressive Thai cuisine using hyper-local ingredients. After more than a decade cooking in Canada, he returned to Bangkok to co-found 80/20, which earned a Michelin star in the 2020 Michelin Guide Thailand. He subsequently established the culinary group Banana Blossom and co-founded dining concepts including Samlor, NAWA Central Thai Cuisine (awarded a Michelin star and Opening of the Year in 2024), wood-fire concept KWANN, and French neo-bistro Verlan Bangkok.
