Neal G. Ledesma is the Hong Kong-born Filipino chef leading Cornerstone, the casual all-day bistro on Hollywood Road in Central, Hong Kong. He is the restaurant’s head chef/executive chef. He worked with Shane Osborn for years before opening Cornerstone in 2019. His cooking at Cornerstone is seasonal, produce-led, and influenced by modern Australian and Asian flavors.
