Neal McCarthy is the general manager and co-owner of Miller Union in Atlanta and a co-owner of Madeira Park, the wine bar and restaurant he developed with Steven Satterfield and Tim Willard. He is a certified sommelier who leads the dining room at Miller Union and selects wines from small producers focused on biodynamic and organic practices.
