    i. Biography

    Kuala Lumpur-born Ng Yi Shaun is the head chef of HIDE Kuala Lumpur. After completing a law degree in the United Kingdom, he changed careers, studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens including Le Bernardin in New York and Kato in Los Angeles before returning to Kuala Lumpur.
