Nick's signature wines include NV All Saints Estate Rutherglen Museum Muscat, 21 All Saints Estate Family Cellar Marsanne, 22 All Saints Estate Family Cellar Shiraz, 21 All Saints Estate Family Cellar Durif, and 2019 St Leonards Chardonnay. Taken together, they show a range that moves from fortified tradition to white wine and into shiraz and durif, with the 2019 St Leonards Chardonnay adding another register from the cellar.
