Nicolas Kalpokdjian is the CEO and manager of Partage, the French fine-dining restaurant on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas. Nicolas moved to Las Vegas in December 2015 after working in food and beverage business roles across France, Hong Kong, China, and Brazil. Nicolas brought a passion for French wine to the restaurant’s wine program and French wine club. Michelin’s guide to Partage identifies Kalpokdjian as the co-owner curating the restaurant’s French-focused wine list.
