Ludovic Chazeaud is the Executive Pastry Chef at Partage in Las Vegas. He is originally from France’s Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, has more than 10 years of experience, and has worked in restaurants. Partage says he has been Pastry Chef at the restaurant since 2018, where he creates desserts that blend French refinement with contemporary creativity.
