Ana De Sa Martins

Ana De Sa Martins is a Venezuelan-born pastry chef and co-founder of Ophelia, a mobile bakery in Coconut Grove, Miami, operating from a retrofitted RV at 2140 S. Dixie Highway. Before launching Ophelia in 2025, she worked in New York at Lure Fishbar and Patisserie Chanson, then moved to South Beach in 2020 to lead the pastry program at Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach. In 2025, StarChefs named her a Miami Rising Star pastry chef, and local coverage has linked her and co-founder Juan Vieira to the bakery’s expansion plans beyond Miami.
