Nicolas Masse is the chef behind La Grand'Vigne, the fine-dining restaurant at Les Sources de Caudalie in Martillac, near Bordeaux, and he has led the kitchens there since 2009. Coverage of the restaurant identifies him as the chef of the two-Michelin-starred La Grand'Vigne, and one report notes he previously spent more than seven years at the Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz before joining Les Sources de Caudalie.
