i. Biography
Nicole Krasinski is the pastry chef and co-owner of State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar in San Francisco. She is part of the husband-and-wife team with Stuart Brioza behind those restaurants, and State Bird Provisions opened in San Francisco’s Fillmore District in 2012 while The Progress opened next door in 2015. The restaurants are associated with Michelin recognition, including Michelin-star status for State Bird Provisions and The Progress.
