i. Biography
Nicole Krasinski is the pastry chef and co-owner of State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar in San Francisco. She is part of the husband-and-wife team with Stuart Brioza behind those restaurants, and State Bird Provisions opened in San Francisco’s Fillmore District in 2012 while The Progress opened next door in 2015.
