Nieves Barragán Mohacho

Nieves Barragán Mohacho is a Spanish chef and chef-director of Sabor in Mayfair and Legado in Shoreditch, London. Sabor is her solo restaurant following her years leading Spanish cuisine in London, and Legado presents her second solo project. She previously helped establish Barrafina in London, where the Dean Street restaurant earned a Michelin star, and she later received a Michelin star for Sabor.
