Nikola Stojaković is the chef at Fleur de Sel, the restaurant at Šapat Wine Estate in Novi Slankamen, Serbia. He is a talented chef who blends techniques learned in top French restaurants with premium Serbian produce, including local meat and freshwater fish. Serbian media also report that he took over the kitchen at Šapat Wine Atelier in 2022 and was named Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau.
