Noah Wynants is the chef at Brass Boer Thuis in Zwolle, a role reported by multiple hospitality and restaurant sources in early 2026. Before that move, he spent years at De Librije in Zwolle, where he worked as senior sous chef and as Nelson Tanate’s right hand, and he was noted as having been involved in the early launch phase of Brass Boer Thuis. He studied at a Belgian hotel school in Koksijde and began in professional kitchens as a teenager, including an early stage at De Groene Lantaarn in Staphorst.
