i. Biography
Nono Yu (余瀚為) is the founder and owner of The Han-Jia Pairing Dinner in Tainan, Taiwan. He is the bar’s owner and a prominent Taiwanese mixologist who won the World Class Taiwan title in 2022. The Han-Jia opened in 2020 in Tainan’s South District, and Yu’s drinks are described as using local fruit, herbs, and tea with a stagecraft-inspired approach to cocktail creation.
