Nutcha Phanthoupheng is the proprietor and executive chef of Baan Lao Fine Thai Cuisine in Richmond, British Columbia, where she has built the restaurant around Royal Thai cuisine. Baan Lao opened in February 2021 on the Steveston waterfront, and multiple profiles describe her as the chef and owner behind the restaurant.
