As Wine Director at Donato Enoteca, he operates inside the daily rhythm of service and the exacting decisions that shape a wine list. He also is the Founder, Creative Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Ouroboros Wines, founded in 2020, where elegant, mystical, luxury wines frame the broader mix of strategy, aesthetics, and operations that defines his practice.
