Omar Tate

Omar Tate is a Philadelphia-based chef, artist, and co-founder of Honeysuckle Projects, a food company focused on the cuisines and cultures of the Black diaspora. He launched Honeysuckle as a pop-up dinner project in Philadelphia and later opened Honeysuckle Provisions, an Afrocentric market, cafe, and dinner destination in West Philadelphia. He and Cybille St. Aude-Tate have since expanded the concept into newer Honeysuckle iterations in Philadelphia.
