i. Biography
Óscar Molina has been the chef responsible for the gastronomy of Ibiza Gran Hotel since 2008, including the hotel’s flagship restaurant La Gaia, the Grand Breakfast at Costa Mara, and the Pool Restaurant. La Gaia is presented by the hotel and restaurant site as a MICHELIN-starred restaurant led by Molina, and Michelin describes his cooking there as creative Mediterranean cuisine centered on seasonal Ibizan ingredients.
