i. Biography
Park Kyung-Jae is a South Korean sushi master and the Chef-Owner of Sosuheon in Seoul. Born on Uido Island in Jeollanam-do, he trained under master Masumi Morita at The Shilla Seoul's Ariake before opening Sushi Chohee and later founding Kojima, where he earned two Michelin stars and the 2023 Michelin Seoul Mentor Chef Award. In 2024, Park opened Sosuheon in a restored 1930s hanok, earning two Michelin stars in the 2026 Michelin Guide.
