Park Sang-hyeon is the chef behind Hyun Udon, a Seoul udon restaurant and noodle factory near Sinsa Station in Gangnam District. The restaurant has been described as a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized udon specialist, with back-to-back Bib Gourmand recognition and 2025.. Park opened Hyun Udon in 2018 after experience working in an Osaka udon restaurant.
