Patrick Benedetti is the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, stepping into the head culinary leadership role in 2024 after serving as the property's Executive Sous Chef. Born in Florence, Tuscany, he began his professional culinary training at age fourteen and refined his craft across luxury hotels and trattorias in Portofino, Venice, and Turin. He later relocated to Asia, leading kitchens in Taipei before joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2019 at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou.
