i. Biography
Ramón Martínez is the Culinary Director of Jaleo and Executive Chef of the Jaleo restaurant group, working closely with José Andrés on menu development and quality control across the brand’s locations. Before overseeing Jaleo operations, he was head chef at Jaleo in downtown Washington, DC and Crystal City, and earlier cooked at Restaurante Las Vegas in Manresa, Spain. He is ramón Martínez Bosch of Terrassa, with training at the Joviat hospitality school.
