i. Biography
Raphaël Vézina is the executive chef and co-owner of Groupe Laurie Raphaël, the family restaurant business centered on Laurie Raphaël in Québec City. He took charge of the Montréal restaurant before moving to the Québec City kitchen, and later notes that he and his sister renovated and rethought Laurie Raphaël as co-owners. The Michelin Guide describes Laurie Raphaël as a Vézina family establishment and says Raphaël, the founder’s son, now holds the reins.
