Rodolfo “Opi” Sadler is an Argentine winemaker associated with Mascota Vineyards in Mendoza, where he is the chief winemaker and the creator behind the winery’s signature wines. He is a third-generation wine professional with more than 30 years in the Argentine wine industry and experience working in the United States, France, and Chile. He is also credited with leading Mascota Vineyards to produce wines that have won major recognition, including the winery’s La Mascota Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 being named Best Red Wine at Vinalies Internationales 2018.
