Romain Meder is a French chef who opened Prévelle in Paris in April 2025, his first restaurant, after more than two decades in haute cuisine. Before that, he worked for over 15 years with Alain Ducasse and helped shape the naturality-focused cuisine at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, a three-Michelin-star restaurant. In 2022, he became the chef at Domaine de Primard in Guainville, where he led the dining program including Les Chemins.
