i. Biography
Sangeeth Saida is the pastry chef/sous chef associated with LPM Abu Dhabi, a French-Mediterranean restaurant at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. A 2023 LPM staff profile says he joined the Dubai team as a Pastry Commis in April 2012, worked on the pre-openings of LPM Miami and LPM Abu Dhabi in 2017, and later transferred to Abu Dhabi to lead the pastry section.
