At Elk Fence Distillery, Scott Woodson is co-founder and co-distiller, which means the idea and the making have to hold together every day. The role asks for more than intent. That position places him at both the founding table and the production floor. Signature

Scott's signature wines include Firtop Gin and The Briny Deep single malt. The names point to two registers within the same house style: one botanical and bright, the other deeper in tone. Together, they show a distiller working across range while keeping the thread of place intact.
