i. Biography
Sosanna Katsikosta is the head winemaker at Acheon Winery in Aigialeia, Achaia, in the Peloponnese, where she and her brother Luke have managed the family winery since 2004. She studied viticulture in Nemea and later in Bordeaux, Toulouse, and at the University of Reims, earning an oenology diploma and a master's degree in wine marketing. Her work focuses on indigenous grapes from the Achaia PGI and Patras PDO, including Roditis Fox, Sideritis, and Mavrodaphne.
