Stéphan Bernhard is the Michelin-starred chef and co-proprietor of Restaurant Le Jardin de France in Baden-Baden, Germany, which he has operated alongside his wife Sophie since 1998. Born in Sélestat, Alsace, he trained under French culinary masters before earning his master chef credential in 1991. Known for his signature philosophy of 'la cuisine du cœur', Bernhard has maintained a continuous Michelin star.
