Susanne Spies is the chef-sommelier at Restaurant Rosin in Dorsten-Wulfen. She is one of Europe’s best sommeliers, and its team page notes she was named “Sommelière des Jahres” by Frankfurter Allgemeine. Rosin’s own site also highlights her focus on young German winemakers and new wines from around the world.
