Oliver Engelke is the Küchenchef at Restaurant Rosin in Dorsten-Wulfen, where he has worked since the late 1990s. Michelin’s guide to Rosin notes that the team led by head chef Oliver Engelke offers classic and creative dishes at the restaurant on Hervester Straße in Dorsten. In 2024, Frank Rosin said he was stepping back from operational leadership, with Engelke taking over the restaurant’s kitchen leadership alongside the long-standing team.
