Oliver Engelke is the Küchenchef at Restaurant Rosin in Dorsten-Wulfen, where he has worked since the late 1990s. In 2024, Frank Rosin said he was stepping back from operational leadership, with Engelke taking over the restaurant’s kitchen leadership alongside the long-standing team.
