i. Biography
Tannis Ling is a Vancouver restaurateur behind Bao Bei Chinese Brasserie, Kissa Tanto, and Meo in Chinatown. She co-owns Kissa Tanto with Joël Watanabe and Alain Chow, and Meo opened in 2024 below Kissa Tanto on East Pender Street. Her work is closely associated with revitalizing Vancouver’s Chinatown through design-forward, concept-driven hospitality venues.
