Theo Quinn is a British bartender and co-founder of FOCO, a cocktail bar in Barcelona’s Gràcia neighborhood, which he opened with Tom Godfrey. FOCO’s concept draws on Foreign Correspondents’ Clubs and presents modern takes on classic cocktails, with Quinn describing the bar’s style as “modernising classics. Publications describe Quinn as a co-founder/owner and note that he is from Bristol, UK, with earlier bartending experience in bars in Bristol and other leading cocktail venues before opening FOCO.
