    i. Biography

    Tom Godfrey is a British bartender and co-founder/owner of FOCO in Barcelona’s Gràcia neighborhood, a cocktail bar built around classic drinks and a social, no-pretension concept. He and Theo Quinn opened FOCO in December 2022 after working in bars including Red Light in Bristol, with Godfrey later also described as coming to Barcelona after a stint as a pop-up kitchen chef. FOCO has been profiled by 50 Best and drinks trade publications as a Barcelona bar “headed” by Godfrey and Quinn.
