Tom Heywood is a North Yorkshire chef and restaurant owner best known as co-founder of Pignut and The Hare in Scawton, where he leads the kitchen with his wife and front-of-house partner Laurissa Heywood. His restaurant has been recognized by the Michelin Guide and awarded three AA Rosettes, and the couple’s book The Forager’s Table is tied to the restaurant’s foraged, locally rooted cooking style.
