Tom Sjöstedt is a Swedish chef and restaurateur associated with Lilla Ego in Stockholm, which he opened in 2013 with Daniel Räms. He has also been described as one of the two chefs behind Lilla Ego in Vasastan, and interviews note his long career in the restaurant industry and his role as a co-owner and active service chef there.
