Training at Camp Joliu Agricultural School, Arboç del Penedès and the School of Oenology in Falset gave Toni Coca i Fitó the two languages this trade demands: farm practice and cellar technique. The family name behind Coca i Fitó comes out of the Alt Penedès, where farming is the base line; that lineage reads in the work as patience with vine, season, and conversion of fruit into wine. The early and middle years of the career move across Catalonia with unusual breadth. At Celler Mas Pujó in Penedès (1992–2004), Toni Coca i Fitó worked as Technical Director and winemaker, a long run that marks the start of professional maturity. That was followed by overlapping posts as Technical Director and winemaker at Cellers Capafons Ossó in Montsant and Priorat (1993–2006), and at Viticultors Mas d’en Gil in Priorat (1998–2004), showing a working range that held across different sites and demands. Advisory work then widened the field further. Toni Coca i Fitó served as Technical Advisor and winemaker at Donimi de la Cartoixa in Priorat (2002–2009), Natur Montsant (2002–2009), Celler Prior Pons in Priorat (2002–2009), and Cellers Sant Rafel in Montsant (2002–2009). Teaching sits alongside the cellar record. Today, Toni is Technical Director of Coca i Fitó.
