Vix Rathour is the chef leading Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok. Working within Gaggan Anand's collaboration with the French fashion house, Rathour directs seasonal menus that combine progressive Indian, Thai and Japanese flavours with French technique, Louis Vuitton motifs and the playful presentation associated with Gaggan's flagship restaurant.
