Will Jones is the Wine Director at The Hope Farm in Fairhope, Alabama, and also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Deep Roots Restaurant Group. The Hope Farm states that he joined the property in March 2020 as Assistant General Manager and Wine Director, became General Manager and Wine Director in 2021, and in January 2025 moved into the COO role while remaining Wine Director.
