i. Biography
Wouter Kik is the chef and co-owner of Restaurant Codium in Goes, Zeeland, which he opened in 2019 with maître-sommelier Jean Luc Etienne. Codium earned a Michelin star in 2023, and Kik was named Gault&Millau’s Young Chef of the Year in February 2024. Before opening Codium, he worked at De Kromme Watergang in Hoofdplaat and previously at Restaurant De Vierbannen in Ouwerkerk.
