Yayo Nava (also referred to as Eduardo Nava and Yayo Eduardo Nava Mendoza in coverage) is a co-founder and bartender at Bar Mauro in Roma Norte, Mexico City. He co-created the bar with his brother Ricardo Nava as an homage to their grandfather Mauro and the aperitivo tradition, and Bar Mauro was named Campari One To Watch at the 2025 World's 50 Best Bars.
