Eduardo 'Yayo' Nava is an Orizaba-born bartender and co-founder and co-owner of Bar Mauro in Mexico City's Roma Norte. He created the bar with his brother Ricardo Nava in 2024 as a tribute to their grandfather Mauro Mendoza and the family's aperitivo tradition. In July 2026, Tales of the Cocktail Foundation named Yayo Nava its International Bartender of the Year.
