Andy Baraghani

Andy Baraghani is an American chef and food writer who began cooking professionally as a teenager at Chez Panisse in Berkeley and later worked in New York restaurants including Estela before moving into food media. He joined Tasting Table as a food editor, then became senior food editor at Bon Appétit in 2015, where he also became a frequent on-camera presenter on the publication's YouTube channel. In 2022 he published his debut cookbook, *The Cook You Want to Be: Everyday Recipes to Impress*, which was later reported to have won a James Beard Award.
