i. Biography
César Ramirez is a Mexican-born, Chicago-raised chef and chef-owner of César, his namesake restaurant on Hudson Street in SoHo, New York City, which opened in July 2024. Before opening César, he led Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, where the restaurant earned three Michelin stars and held that distinction for eleven consecutive years. César was named No. 1 in North America by OAD.
