i. Biography
Charles-Antoine Crête is a Montréal-based chef and co-founder/co-owner of Montréal Plaza on Plaza St-Hubert in Montreal, opened in August 2015 with Cheryl Johnson. He was previously the right-hand man to Normand Laprise at Toqué!, and later became known for directing the dining-room experience and overall creative identity at Montréal Plaza. In 2024, he and Johnson opened Juliette Plaza next to Montréal Plaza.
