i. Biography

Clément Vergnon is part of the family team running Champagne J. L. Vergnon in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a small Champagne estate in the Côte des Blancs founded. He is the younger generation leading the domaine with his father Didier, and one trade interview says he began to lead the domaine around 2017 after returning to the family business. The estate is known for Chardonnay-focused wines from Grand Cru villages, including Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, and Avize.
