Davide Capucchio

Davide Capucchio is the executive chef of Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at Bulgari Hotel Paris, where he leads the Paris kitchen for the Italian concept developed by Niko Romito. Prior to Paris, he was chef de cuisine of Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at Bulgari Hotel Shanghai from 2018 to 2020, and that Shanghai restaurant earned a Michelin star under his leadership.
